FAN MEAT POCKET GUIDE

This pocket guide provides short guidelines to producers, and is in no means designed to replace the complete rules and standards for producers, but merely a pocket sized booklet for quick reference.  It is recommended that producers obtain and carefully study the Rules of the FAN Meat Scheme and Standards for producers.
